Cockle Harvest & Cook
The expansive, nutrient-rich, tidal flats at the end of the driveway provide more than just a beautiful view. A treasure trove of Tuangi (NZ Cockles/Littleneck Clams) can be discovered just beneath the surface at low tide. Gathered with sandy toes —this is the best kind of simple abundance. Salty, sweet and utterly delicious.
We can harvest these with you, and provide the recipe and all the ingredients for a memorable meal including local wine and garlic bread

Enjoy a beautiful selection of seasonal ingredients to create your own dining experience.
Breakfast Hamper: Includes muesli, yoghurt, and fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, fruit juice, milk and bread. $25 per person per day
Dinner Hamper: Begin your evening with a selection of cured meats, local cheeses, crackers, and olive oil. Followed by your choice of fresh fish, beef, lamb or venison accompanied by a seasonal salad and vegetables. $75 per person per day.
